Followed by 13th Floor Elevators, Q65 and the otherworldly track by The Groupies "Primitive" that sounds like it was recorded in a cavern. Killer!
We have to highlight The Temptations' smoking version of "Ain't No Sunshine" from their 1972 album, "Solid Rock," produced by Norman Whitfield. The set closes with Jackie McLean's "Cancellation", a tune penned by Charles Tolliver, from his "It's Time" album on Blue Note and "Fluxus V5T" by Darius Jones.

He changes up the direction and closes the show with tracks by D'Angelo, DJ Haram feat. Armand Hammer and Yusef Lateef's stunning "Morning". Originally released in 1957 and featured on his album "Jazz Moods", he conjures up the essence of spiritual jazz before it became an aesthetic. Free form in every direction.
